To ensure successful delivery, please ensure that the provided address is accessible to couriers and that a responsible adult is present to receive the goods. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. If the courier is unable to deliver your order, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery costs.
Authority To Leave
You may opt to provide an "Authority To Leave" for your delivery, allowing the parcel to be left if no one is available to receive it. Please note that Sunz is not responsible for theft or damage in such cases.
