Shipping
How much is shipping?
Trade quotes: This will depend upon the size of the order.
Online orders: $14 flat rate for the entire order, Australia wide.
How long will shipping take?
Your package will generally leave our warehouse 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
Do you ship anywhere in Australia?
Yes.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No.
What happens if I'm not at home when my package arrives?
If you tick 'I would like my package left in a secure place if someone is not there to accept it' when you place your order, then the courier will put your package in a secure spot. Otherwise, you will get a note letting you know exactly how to organize a re-delivery or collection.
Do you use express couriers?
Yes. We have never lost a package.
Are the couriers safe?
Absolutely. They are secure and fast, and we pack the packages with lots of padding.
Do you ship to remote locations?
Yes. But for very remote locations, we might need additional shipping costs. If that happens, we will ask you first.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Only for commercial size bulk orders. Please contact us.
Ordering
Do you have warranty?
Yes. All our solar lights come with a minimum of 1 year warranty and many of them with up to 3 years.
What happens after I pay for the order?
We will send you a confirmation email with details of your order.
What if I want to contact you about my order?

Do I need to register to purchase a product?

Installation
What is your policy on installing solar lights?
Our solar lights are designed for easy, hassle-free installation. In most cases, they can be installed by anyone, as no electrical wiring or professional assistance is required. It is vital to position the lights in a spot that receives adequate sunlight during the day, and they will charge automatically. If you are unfamiliar with DIY installations or if the lights are part of a more complex setup, we recommend consulting a licensed tradesman to ensure everything is set up safely and effectively.
Who is responsible for the installation?
Installation is your responsibility, per instructions, and according to standards and regulations. Safety, including switching off the mains if needed, must be a top priority during installation. Sunz takes no responsibility for lights installed contrary to regulations.
Payments
What payment types do you take?
Trade quotes: Bank transfers.
Online orders: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, ZipPay, and AfterPay.
Do you store my credit card number?
No. It is sent to your bank over a secure encrypted internet connection, which is level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.
Is it safe to pay?
Extremely safe. All our pages are encrypted.
