Trade Quotes

For trade customers, returns requests will be assessed on a case by case basis. If returns are approved, then products will be refunded minus a minimum 25% restocking fee. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date, and refunds will be processed after confirming that the products have been returned in their original, unused condition with the original, unmarked packaging.

Products cannot be returned if:

1. They are custom-made.
2. They are scratched, marked, or otherwise altered.
3. They were installed in locations under bright lights at night (such as street lights) that may cause the product to mistakenly perceive it as daytime.

Online Purchases

Products may be returned if the information provided on our website is found to be inaccurate, although such instances are extremely rare due to our careful attention to detail and thorough verification processes.

Products cannot be returned if:

1. You misinterpreted the product specifications provided on our website.
2. You made incorrect assumptions about the product, such as size, installation requirements, illumination, or electrical configurations.
3. You simply changed your mind, including preferences related to color or size.
4. They were installed in locations under bright lights at night (such as street lights) that may cause the product to mistakenly perceive it as daytime.

Color

Colors displayed on your computer screen may slightly differ from their actual appearance. Such variations are normal and do not qualify as a valid reason for return.

Once we confirm that a return or exchange is necessary, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please do not return items without prior authorization, as we operate from multiple warehouses and need to track your item efficiently.
